Executive Agencies Have New UX Requirements
The brand-new OMB Circular A-11 Section 280 just came out and it sets down unbelievable new requirements for User Experience! Agencies will have to measure the usability of their offerings, monitor how easily citizens are able to navigate the systems, and collect feedback and comments from regular folks on how easy their systems are to use.
At the heart of this new system is the idea of a “Service” such as filing taxes, getting a license, or visiting a National Park.
